Sorry. It was the elective cosmetic surgery as part of a health care package angle. Some states are arguing that if they stop circumcising babies with public money they'll save the public money. Shocking new argument really.

Some people get problems that require nose jobs or circumcisions, and I support public funding of those because I do think health care is a right. But I don't think elective nose jobs or circumcisions should get public funding.

I'm glad I don't have that ugly fucking flap of skin on my penis. And I have heard several girls say they find uncircumcised penises disgusting. So I think there are aesthetic advantages.

I'm glad I have the foreskin....and it's not ugly. Not to have it there would make penises, already pretty ugly things... even uglier.

Yea, same here. Ghost talks about lose of nerve endings that reduce sexual pleasure. Thank god. Any more from sex and I would explode.

Also, my GF finds uncircumcised penises ugly, so I will take the lose of feeling I never knew I had, for the extra sexual favors. Not sure she would just randomly “initiate” sex from time to time if I had foreskin, if you know what I mean ;).

I think that any country with the wealth and an infrastructure able to support it, should have healthcare as a right to its citizens.

And for the "other" discussion, I was circumcised when I was 15 (tight foreskin, tough luck) and I clearly remember reading in the folder I recieved that for some, it would increase sensitivity, and to others it would decrease sensitivity. I haven't felt much of a difference (though I'm still a virgin, so I'm probably not in the best position to tell )

Every person should have the right to healthcare, if they have a medical condition that requires it. Healthcare should not be limited to those who can afford it. It is a basic human right, like clean water and an opportunity for education. Things like plastic surgery, that should not be a right. I don't get why people feel the need to have plastic surgery anyway. If your fuck ugly deal with it.

It depends on what type of country you're trying to have.

It's not a right, but if you NEED treatment for something to live then you are certainly not going to be denied that.
