nah. that would mean that god of war would surpass 1 and 2's overall total which i severely doubt. final fantasy is not exclusive to the ps3 so i doubt it also

you kids know even with a bundle the game is not free and non bundled consoles are available ? GT is bundled cause GT franchise is strong enough it pushes hardware for sony.

with 360 failing badly at retail struggling to out sale a product double its price, there is a lot of hostility on here. Xbox fanboys must rally and defend their Halo franchisee at all costs now, they got noting left.

This conversation wasn't about how well either one of the consoles is selling.  Given the choice would you rather buy a system without a game packed in with it or one with a game (known as a bundle) for the same price, pretty obvious answer sir. I bet without bundles GT3 Would have sold between 10-12 million copies.

360 isn't failing and halo isn't the only game-but that argument is for a different time and place.

The difference between you and me is i would enjoy having a PS3, but just don't have the funds to buy one, and i have never badmouthed the PS3 (at least not intentionly)

Twingo, you are obviosly a fanboy on a mission. look at retail systems that have bundled games Vs. systems that don't, generally they are the same price, and reguardless of cost, if somebody has the option to pay ten more bucks for their system and get a game with it, wouldn't they do that? Thats what I did with my xbox, It came with two crappy games, but they were practically free. GT was bundled because it was a good thing for both the PS2 and the GT franchise, thats why bundles exist. As for the 360 failing badly statement, have you looked at this site's home page? It's selling over 8 million more consols than the PS3, check your facts before you speak, otherwise, you just end up looking like a clueless fanboy.

twingo the fact that you called me a 360 fanboy just because I have a different viewpoint on Halo and GT than you just proves everything i already know about you. So there wasn't Halo 3 bundles?  So you know Gran Turismo 3 was bundled far more?   I bet without bundles Halo 3 would have sold 7 million copies.  See, I can make outlandish claims as well.    Regardless,  it doesn't matter if a game is bundled.  Usually if you buy a specific 'bundle'  you are looking to purchase the included game anyways.  (See Resident Evil Bundles, Metal Gear Solid bundles, etc).

These "outlandish" bundling claimsmade by yo_john117 are common knowledge, and yes, I NEVER saw a 360 bundled with Halo3 in stores or online. So it's safe to say that GT was bundled much heavier than Halo 3. Also, I would like to point out that many casual purchasers of gaming systems do not base the purchase on the game that the system is bundled with as much as they do the value they will be getting I.E. how many games come with the consol, and what accesories come with the consol, also, in this media heavy age, many people are looking at the consol as a media center of sorts and may not use it for gaming as much as some of the more hard core gamers that troll this forum.

the thing is Halo 3 already sold almost 10 mil units...GoW 3 will sell 5 mil if that much...
