Nooooooooo! My user rating has fallen from 100%, I knew me giving GTA IV 9.9 might be too high more some.... at least my Uncharted and CoD 4 reviews remain at 100%

Im guessing giving lbp a 9.1 is blasphemy.. to some users at the least.

I haven't read your reviews, but maybe some people don't like how you write them.

If you go to a profile page, the person's recent reviews are listed underneath their game collection, check mine as an example

I assume that the rating is meant to be done on the quality of the review, rather than whether or not you agree with the score. Of course, if you vehemently disagree with the score, then that will affect whether or not you think the review is any good

Ah, that way around. My "credibilty" score is at 90% then (Damn you Mirror's Edge haters!)

@ kylie, but then you get all the fanboys going around posting low reviews of other exclusives. It is not the best way, but it certainly a decent way

Anyway, my main problem is the scoring criteria of "value" it just seems completely wrong to me

I think it is the way I write them, I dont give too much detail on a games story due to spoilers, and I categorize the reviews.

Im guessing I need to change the way I write them.

@ leo-j, yeah, I can't say I am a great fan of the style of your reviews I think they need more detail

On the topic of spoilers, what is acceptable? I left out the Uncharted spoiler, and kind of breezed over the mid CoD 4 event, but those types of things can effect reviews, but I suppose we should not ruin the game for those who haven't played it

read other reviews and you'll get the idea about what is an acceptable level of spoilers. You really just want to give enough to get them interested, but don't ruin the plot or big suprises.

If you do give a lot of spoilers I'm sure you will get rated down.
