Hey, I had fun with Haze. Most of the reviews gave it 50-60s. But Famitsu gave it a 34/40. All those other reviewers don't know what they're talking about. They were being too shallow/harsh/etc. on Haze. Only Famitsu got it right

I guess you missed BMaker11's point here. I think what he meant to say was that when a game gets a metacritic score of 68 (yellow color) then it tends to suck. I.e. when majority of reviewers agree that the game sucks then higher probability that it truly does suck. Hey don't blame me, I can remember many many posters in this same site say the very same thing, especially when debating if a title is AAA or not.

I dont think ninja blade is a perfect game...but it really is a game that can provide a lot of fun to the right individual. The gameplay isn't broken by any means, the action is intense and the game looks and sounds the part. It brings some new elements to the table and borrows some from other games...but the game is dripping with uniqe style and is corny on purpose.

Anyone that is trying to use the low reviews as ammo for bragging that 360 exclusives blow has some ammo if the game stays at 68...but I am not speaking to those people. I made this thread for people that have a 360 and are getting tired of the same old gray visual filter shooters day after day and wanna try something different. If you've been playing games for a while (16 bit era especially) there is no way you wont like ninja blade!

The Godfather II, which is averaging a 69 on metacritic, also got a perfect 100 from them.

I would need to look up more reviews to be certain but it seems as though Gamepro, in some instances, deliver scores that differ radically from the majority of the established gaming media.

meh , GTA IV got a perfect score, now this and assasins creed also got high rated, whats with reviewers these days?

 The quality of the reviews = The amount of hype the game gets.  That's the formula to getting good reviews.

Basically, I love the game. Gamepro hit the nail on the head. It does nothing new. But what it does is amazing. Lots of reviewers have COMPLETELY missed the point of this game. I LOL when I read IGN's review for example. I swear to god, the guy who reviewed it either has NEVER played it or doesnt like the genre at all.

Like I said, Review companies nowadays havent got a Bloody clue. :)

Ninja Blade is another title by a small developer that wont sell much because of really shitty reviewing. Shame becasue the game is very good.
