So today i bought a 360 with a new lcd tv.. 5 hours of playin and the HDMI stops. At first i thought it was the cable, then i used on my laptop and it work. Now why only 5 hours of playin fried the GPU? and that was after my first update, in order to use XBox Live, so is this common?

p.s. its a x360 pro 60gb with GOW2 bundle.

Where did you get it from? If it's just been five hours take it back to that store and don't bother with MS.

My first 360 was dead out of the box (bad disc drive, wouldn't open) so I just took it back to Gamestop an hour after I bought and they switched it there.

nope, nothing a sec it was an update the other it was is "no HDMI signal". i tried the Y with RT thing and it didn't work.

Is your video cable on your 360 set to "HDTV"?

I would really just forget about messing with it and just exchange it.  There's no point in giving yourself a head ache if you don't have to.

Id make Doom not 360, how does relate?

nope i used my own HDMI cable from Panasonic. the 360 was set on 1080i.

but it works on AV, but on Component there is no sound
