That's some good sales for Demon's Souls!

Well, they were really close last week, and only really missed PSP (their figures were 2,000 or so lower than MC's).

Good PS3, holding steady, but this might be start of the decline. Then again, the PS3 has always had spotty performance so we are yet to see what are normal sales

Either way, the 360 after a shockingly bad last week is now up a bit. That shows that the Japanese havent completely forgotten about it after all the investment MS put into the market, so yeah hopefully we can sweep last week under the carpet. Again, 4-6k weekly is great for the console but it saddens me that it keeps getting beaten by the PS2

Offcourse 11eyes CrossOver released but i dont think that had a tremendous effect on the hardware.

Also good to see hardcore/niche games finding some consistency in Japan. Expect to see more support even with the resurging PS3

dont think the ps3 will decline, especially when ff13 demo is out in 2 weeks.. next week should be the rise of ps3!

^^^^ it should be more of the edcline of the ps3 with people waiting for the bundles

maybe I have too much faith in DQIX but I expect it to sell at least 4.5 millions in Japan. (perhaps 3 millions in the first two week) I don't think MHP2G could reach that.

However, I have to admit that I didn't expect MHP2G to sell this long either even though it's a reduced price PSP Best version. Maybe when it approach 4 millions, I'll start to consider the possibility.
