Technically speaking, as long as the torrent is not licensed for release in the West then it is a moral gray ground and you can post it. To be on the safe side though I would suggest to keeping such things to PM's, I always find it difficult to keep track of what has and hasn't been licensed.

This is done by A-1 studio , owned by Sony and has done great work last year like Kannagi. I have high expectation, and so far Suzie is #$()*#)$ AWESOME... i think the team actually put a lot of effort to really bring the individual character's special traits alive... JUST LOOK AT SUZIE in first episode, god I had a HUGE smirk on my face.

They over did Welkin and Isara a bit though imo lol.. Welkin is bit TOO airheaded, and Isara abit TOO strong lol...
