But yeah, kind of a slow week for Recommendations (couple of tweaks here and there, and of course Silent Hill), but the Million Sellers Guide had so many tweaks made to it... haha.

Wow, this thread is still alive! Great job Smeags. The first page looks wonderful, and so glad Silent Hill is there. Well deserved.

It hit retail yesterday

Yeah, those "Wii-kly Updates" aren't exactly weekly (more like bi-monthly... but you can't make a dumb Wii pun with that! ), but don't worry. As long as I'm around, this thread will be alive in some way, shape or form. It was my first big project here on VGChartz after all, so it gets lots of attention (Also, shameless plug for my Million Sellers Club of 2009! Wink wink nudge nudge).

Thanks a lot though, it's awesome to get feedback and reinforcement from you guys. That's why I made this big guy.

And yes, Silent Hill is (going to be) awesome. Haven't got it yet, but I recon that it's somewhere under the ol' Christmas tree right about now.

Yeah I played my copy all night, Gamestop started texting people Tuesday that it was coming out Thursday, and now I have my copy :D

So what're ya thinking so far? Closer to Game Informer's 5.5 or Ninendo Power's 8.0?

It's an 8 game for sure.  I've been spoiled by Silent Hill lately though, and its not quite THAT quality which is like top 3 games this year, but its pretty epic and has a good story.

I just noticed that Gradius and Contra Rebirth are missing. I recommend both of them =)
