My favorite underrated title would be Shining the Holy Ark for the Sega Saturn. One of the best RPGs ever IMO.

Single game would be Legend of Dragoon.
There are also some series' I think are underrated like the Lunar series and the Legend of Spyro trilogy.

Legend of the dragoon was fun playing. I didn'[t get to -play it that much but the time I did get to play it, i enjoyed every minute. It reminded me of playing final fantasy games.
