Plus the scans make it look like it's more on a 3Dish plane compared to ToV. That's what I meant.

 

I'm not really getting anything different out of this....it seems like the normals Tales battle system, but instead of a side-view, from a back view. You could free run on a 3D plane in Vesperia too.

We've only seen a few scenes, and it's not like the battle system is complete yet. There's no faces, HP, TP, anything. Just a few artes. You can't base much off that. My comment was about how moving around is a bit different.

Then how can we expect to release this year? It's worse off than Final Fantasy XIII.

You really think that DotNW and ToV were only in development for a year?

 

And I was just pointing out that we know more about FF13 which no one expects to release this year.

Rpgmonkey on the Tales Forums (he's the dude who gets a lot of Tales info, mainly because he can read Japanese) said it was in development longer than DotNW and ToV. It's releasing in Winter...so that will be like 3 years development.

The article says that it has been in development for almost 2 years so it was not in development before ToV or DotNW.
