They might call it first party because it's published by Sony. Like how Gears of War is usually called first party (even by Epic themselves) even though Microsoft doesn't own Epic.

I see... though I never noticed anyone calling GeoW first party

Why are we getting excited only becouse someone says they develop exclusive for one platform ?

This might be just as well crap or shovelware so I'll wait for details :D

Agreed. Some games are made for download, and if I hadn't bought Burnout Paradise on disc at release, I would have bought it on the PS Store. If anything, the fact that we have no clue about what the game is and what the developers are capable of, means we should at least holster our excitement

Yeah, absolutely. It seems like any game that is exclusive~!~!~! has instant hype, even if we don't know anything about it. It's gotten pretty silly.
