Yeah as a fan of JRPGSs, I was suprised that I was relying on my 360 for fix this year. I wish Square Enix would do a new Ogre Battle/Tactics Orge game or at the very least let Game Arts make a new Grandia or Lunar. Come to think of it Tactics Ogre and Ogre Battle seem perfect for the Wii controller. If Sega didn't stink so bad lately, Shining Force 4 would be good with the Wii-mote as well.

i don't see how these games will ever make it out of japan to the US... from the screenshots, they're 99% oriented towards the japanese audience.
the Wii is an epidemic.
Oboro Muramasa Youtouden will rock.... but i doubt this jrpg will hit the states... i'll import this game for sure.

1. Can the team behind Ogre Battle 64 PLEASE make a follow-up? I know S-E swallowed you with their gaping maw of FMV, but I miss you guys.
2. Haven't the last few Grandia/Lunar games been pretty crap? Though I don't think the last Lunar was actually made by GameArts.
3. Shining Force 2 and 3 were made by Camelot, you know. They're still around and not making shoddy Sonic games.
mmmm Strat-RPGs. Hard of the core.
With a 360 and a Wii I'll be set on my JRPG fix for the generation. They look great!

QFT
Good to hear the Wii is getting JRPG's, I missed them with the GC.
The vanillaware game looks exactly like Odin Sphere (which is a good thing) and from the pics looks like it plays the same.
If a publisher like Atlus picks the game up then it could get released here.

Thanks to Blacksaber for the sig!
Well most JRPGs hit the US. Or at least a solid 85% of them. Europe is a different story though...
