Actually Kojima's keynote is tomorrow and the announcement is tonight, I didn't realize that before. So yeah, probably not MGS4 after all. So it's likely Mass Effect 2. Or maybe Beyond Good and Evil 2?

Seriously Assassin's Creed sold 7 Million PS360 combined.....its sequel is the ONLY "Big" thing I can think of

I dont think Mass Effect 2 is "Gears 2 level" big either, considering Gears 2 has surpassed the original ME by around 2.7 Million (and climbing) in sales... guess it depends on what Keighley means by "big."

If he means sales wise, Assasin's Creed 2 seems more likely.
