Matt Cassamassina has got the premier it seems. He says he has seen a super high quality hardcore game for the Wii made by a 3rd party. He says it's going to be unveiled in April.

I'm listening to the voice chat so far, up until that point they were talking about HotD:OK and Madworld sales. Said Madworld is doing well, and mentions VGChartz once (Kind of in a joking way)
Also talked about Punch-Out and how is it more like a remake than a new game.

Klonoa is practically unchanged from the Japanese version, hopes that they are making an actual sequel to Klonoa.
