Golden Sun and Golden Sun: The Lost Age.
Must-haves (first-party):
GB(C):
Metroid II: Return of Samus
Mario Tennis (seriously, best handheld tennis game ever)
Super Mario Bros. Deluxe (has SMB, SMB Lost Levels and the awesome You vs. Boo)
Link's Awakening
Pokémon R/B/Y
Pokémon G/S/C
quite a few Super Mario Land games
GBA:
Metroid Fusion
Metroid Zero Mission
F-Zero Maximum Velocity
Advance Wars 1/2
Mario Kart Super Circuit
Pokémon R/S/E
Golden Sun 1/2 (might as well be first-party)
I was going to buy it before (once I get enough dough) but now I'm DEFINITELY going to buy the system, i don't care if I have to use up whole paychecks for getting that thing.
It's a good news, since there's a lot of GB/GBA games that are truly masterpiece. However, when I see what ninty is doing with the VC, I am disappointed by 1/ the release of one or two games per week is waaaaayy too slow 2/ the total bullshit which is regionalization.
So that's how i'll be spending my 1,000 free points =D
03/10/09 HUGE day in my life:

YEAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH *splashes more cheap champagin* this is awsome. I hardly ever bought any GBA games, i mean hardly! now i can get a second chance. but wheres the GBC? unless they're going to add them along with the orginal GB like what segas doing with the master system and gamegear (you know together on VC)

There's a real incentive to get this thing. That and some of the other neat stuff coming to DSi
I never did get around to Link's Awakening.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.
