With the price drop coming to the PS3, it's just not going to happen. And when doing a thread like this, you have to make it like Ishy would. Use "Not trynna start a flame war, but..." to start off the topic.

With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

Well it seams that it can overtake it ... but how much will it last ... thats the question . The PSP IMO will reach 7-8 million this year , and thats a number Halo 3 cant reach this year ...

Since GoW is 4.84m and I voted 2 weeks, then 2 weeks it is. So when numbers for Halo 3 are posts next week it will have not only topped Gears, but also PS3 WW.
Yeah not going to happen. The ps3 is getting a huge price drop in europe next friday, it's going from 600 euros to 400 euros, this will atleast double to triple the ps3 sales. America and japan should see a price drop later in october which will increase sales as well.
If it sells 500-1 million next week, then its a yes
