I love the part in the interview wher he shuts up whiners about QTE's.

Well, he tried. But fact is that the game is very limited in interactivity. QTEs combined with simple point n' click will push away a lot of gamers.

==> well U tried to bash the game but U failed.

I know nothing to heavy rain final version but from the demo shown last year it is clealry not point and click. There are far more things to do than "pointing" and "clicking" when u are interaction with the environnement.

What one could have said is  : "since the game seems to be slowpaced, it might disapoint some "no brain" gamers"

... that is true

It mite become a decent game though. I'd consider buying it for the nice grafix if i had a PS3

My early perdiction is 83-84% on Gamerankings and 1.1 million lifetime sales

Time to Work !

All of this fabulous info on Heavy Rain is making me dizzy.

But the demo showed that the gameplay is QTEs mixed with pointing and clicking, except when he walked with the girl back and forth on the street (you can move the character on limited pre-set paths it seemed).

Maybe the final game will have something different, but this was what the 25 minute demo included.

This looks really nice.

"We'll toss the dice however they fall,
And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows."

Awesome, another cult hit that no one plays except people who love video games, ahh thats what i like about underrated games. =]

I am very interested in this game, but what is this game really about?

Some lady trying to track down a serial killer?

I have seen screenshots ranging from a dark gloomy rainy day to a colorful house with a playground outside.

Is it a classic horror thriller starring real life people?
