Closing Comments
Metal Gear Solid Touch will be a real disappointment for both hardcore and casual fans. Despite the appearance of characters, settings, and weapons from the Metal Gear universe, this is not a Metal Gear game. It's a simple shooting gallery. But at least it's a good-looking simple shooting gallery with awesome music. Perhaps the later stages might get a little more Metal Gear-y, but right now, it's hard to recommend this lackluster shooter.

 

7.8 Presentation
Good tutorial and solid interface make this an easy game to jump into.
7.8 Graphics
Sharp, crisp graphics. It's not 3D, but the approximation is solid. CG still look good.
8.0 Sound
Excellent music accompanies every scene. Gun effects are good.
6.0 Gameplay
Shallow and short. Shooting mechanic has nothing to do with Metal Gear.
6.0 Lasting Appeal
More levels are on the way, but if they are like these, it may not make a difference.

Not what i was expecting, but still... its MGS so it cant be THAT bad.

I've seen footage of it, so I expected this.

It's like that minigame in Kirby Superstar Ultra where Kirby shoots cardboard cut-outs with suction darts...

Except that's the entire game.

Why couldn't it? Did you really think they made it because they wanted to make a good game? Sure, that's not the reason even usually but at least that part seems to usually exist in MGS - this time, they just wanted the money. Well, and maybe they had a different target audience too.

Better than I expected, though still not good. I'm actually happy someone reviewed it the way it should be reviewed.

lol on the 1up review (much like this ) someone proclaimed the touch to be more powerful than the psp XD was like wut !

anyways.. it looks like shit. Quite frankly. Dull boring and like shit. Atleast according to the gameplay vid i saw.

Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...

I ment that id still probably love it,
