Well, I think it's cool that some more people are going to be able to experience it.

I may pick up Sigma for cheap to see if I like it. I never bothered with it because I thought I'd never get to play the sequel, but things have obviously changed.
Other than that, I don't really care.
I can't say that I'm mad about it coming to the PS3. I could go out and buy it now for the 360, but if their adding things to it, I'm going to just wait it out for the PS3 version.
I always try to wait it out, because most normally if it's a good "port" with extras then why not?
It's same way with anything going from PS3 to 360, I would probably just get it on 360 if they added anything extra after it being out for a year.
There is definitely more to list that I want, but that's my main focus there.
I care. I've bought NG, NG:black and NG:sigma. I was going to purchase a 360 in the future for this game so I'm thankful that I've been spared $200.

Publishing means little. What really matters is whether or not you own the IP. MS owns the IP for PGR, for example, so that franchise will never appear on other platforms. However, they did not own the rights to Vampire Rain (and yes, they did publish this in NA xD) nor Geometry Wars, thus we've seen versions of these games on other platforms.
Same goes for Sony. Look at Crash and Spyro. They got it right with Jak and Ratchet, however, by making sure they own the IPs. They own the IP of just about every game they're working on with a third party at the moment. LittleBigPlanet, Resistance, White Knight, InFamous, etc. The only one I can think of that they don't own is Quantic Dream's Heavy Rain.

Would that even be legal to make a port fo this game if the original Ninja Gaiden II was published by Microsoft?

Look at the name - it's not just Ninja Gaiden II. It's Ninja Gaiden II Sigma, right?
I'll do some research on this.
I liked Sigma alot and that was a remade from Ninja gaiden black and Ninja gaiden 2 was one of those games which i wanted from 360 so yes i care about it and will most likely buy it first day.
I'm not sure, I tried the the Ninja Gaiden demo and it was fun so I bought the game a couple days ago but I just never played it yet.

Good job MS,just now when the Jasper models are running great...oh well, that`s life.
And i think you can download extra missions as a DL content on Live...after 1 year,it was time
I highly doubt this since the game was published by Microsoft. April Fools?
