the gooch created and almost KILLED Square. Nomura > Sakaguchi. Blue Dragon is Lame. but Lost Odyssey was really good.... and Crisis Core is a great game while XII turned out to be a giant pile of SHITE.

Sakaguchi is stuck in the past, Square Enix is stuck in the business world (good for them, bad for the consumer, and I'm definitely a consumer). I remain hopeful with Fabula Nova Crystallis, though.

yes he did, lost odyssey is the best rpg this gen and the best rpg in the last 15 years or more, as far as i am concerned. the story in lost odyssey is the best ever and the memory writtings are pure brilliance. blue dragon is a above average game. score lost odyssey 10/10 and blue dragon a 8.8/10

I have no regard for Nomura what so ever. Final Fantasy used to be my favorite RPG franchise until Nomura and Kitase go their hands on it. I'll take Sakaguchi any day of the week. I'll take Lost Odyssey over any Final Fantasy game created under Nomura.
