I commute on a bicycle and I must say first that other bicyclists have to learn how to ride so that they don't make cars nervous. Riding through every stop sign whether there are cars at the intersection just because you don't want to lose momentum gives bike riders a bad name.

It is because of people like that, that I have to wait a minute for cars at stop signs to put their family jewels back in and drive since they think I am just going to blast on through even though they were there first.

I have had cars stopped at an four way stop see me a half a block away and wait until I stopped at the stop sign and then try to wave me through. Hate it so much and I can't even blame them alone.

The thing that makes me even more angry than that is when I try to figure out why the hell car insurance costs less for them. -.-

I think you will find, at least here in the UK there is no 'fast lane', it's meant for overtaking only.

If you say 'fast lane' to a UK policeman you'll get a patronising lecture.

I don't usually get mad. I'm a nice guy........or scared of other drivers. I'm not sure yet, lol.

One thing that has always confused me: the fast lane. What is the reasoning behind that? I was under the impression that everyone was supposed to be driving the speed limit.....the fast lane seems like a paradox.

Fast lane is for passing.  If USA drivers were smart enough or were taught like how they drive in Germany then there would be fewer accidents.  I saw on History Channel it is illegal to pass someone on the right which happens all the time where I live (Austin, Tx) because you have some dumbass going 60 or 65 in the fast lane clogging up traffic.  So people try to zoom in and out (passing on the right side) which increases the likelyhood of an accident.  If everyone just passed on the left the highway would be a lot safer.

Also those group of college kids who walk and don't even make an attempt to move out of the way as you sidle up to the nearest car or building. Those kids I try to hit.

Basically people who get in my way lol, cars, people its all the same.

but those guys you try to pass you are annoying they can create an accident.
