Do you get anything for re-beating dungeon bosses (like the giant chicken in the Green Ruins)? And do they always come back stronger everytime you beat them?

And what's up with the whole bathouse coversation thing, like, why does hearing those conversations not seem to restore RP all the way?

When you defeat the boss again, you get the same array of items that you got the first time, but some of them are at a higher level than before. Since your level 30 pet can handle the Green Ruins boss by itself with little problem, I  basically use that room to get free gemstones (which are otherwise impossible to find).

The bosses only get stronger after the first time; they remain the same after that. Mind you, the first jump is a big jump, especially for later bosses...

As for those conversations, they're mostly to add a bit of humor and flavor. I'm not completely sure why Raguna faints after each one of them, unless the localizers really tamed most of them down, but I think the idea behind Selphie's at the least is pretty clear. And if that's the case, one can come up with reasons why RP didn't completely refill...

By the way, the music in this game is much better than what I'd have ever personally anticipated. I don't know why, but it just seems like a lot of effort was put into all of the different tracks to match every situation, more so than a lot of games today.

Agreed, and I think its emblematic of this title. Nothing in it screams "high-budget" or "triple-A," but at the same time almost everything about it says that the creators put a lot of care into the game. The music is one example, little details like the reactions characters can have when they're around is another (try standing right next to Selphy when she's outdoors without moving, for instance, or shipping turnips and being there when Rosetta picks up the shipping bin and Mist is hanging around your farm).

Yea, I just followed the dreams, they pretty much are the clues to get that door open.

So I figured that when it was saying something about creating new life, that I needed to have one of them lay an egg.

I also talked to Iris a lot more, so one or the other helped, maybe both.

Glad to hear it all worked out. I actually hatched the egg and THEN had the dream, but I likewise suspect that the two are related.

Yea, well my egg didn't hatch I just happened to give my chicken a wood stone rune thing and then read the post about making nice with Iris.

I decided to make nice with her and then 2 days later I went back and had the cut scene. (granted I hadn't visited her in 2 days, so it probably would of opened the next day.)
