That makes no sense. People want these things for the accounts they have now, and not just something they wont be playing on

Besides, all it takes is that you relocate your account to an EU country

Does it update the trophies auto.

Has anyone tested to see if there is any significant delay from when you sync your trophies with the server to when those new trophies appear on the card?
