I'll get all the consoles. I don't like missing out on games I'm interested in. Microsoft is the only company who hasn't been on top. Sony became too arrogant and are being punished right now. For all we know, Nintendo's next console might be $600.
Not a 360 fanboy, just a PS3 fanboy hater that likes putting them in their place ^.^

You are american right so why are you complaining? This is only for the U.K where prices on things made out of the country are rising on the whole because the pound is weaker.

What does this have to do with Nintendo being arrogant, exactly? Isn't this more about them, you know, responding to economic forces beyond their control?
Wouldn't the value of the pound fluctuate? The move seems a bit greedy considering for all we know their reasoning would no longer prove true in the future, yet it is doubtful they would decrease the price afterwards.

Didn't Sony have to do this with a lot of its electronics (non-game things) recently?
I also find it interesting that the people doing the loudest complaining are not from the UK but appear to be from the US.
The biggest thing is that because there is no major pound-dollar decline, the 360 with a HD is less than a Wii (170 vs 180) but the PS3 is 2x (390). Prices are from Amazon in UK pounds and appear to represent MSRP, not taking into account 3 pound discount for the Wii and 10 for the 360 (there was none for the PS3).
