Uncharted 2 - the first one is my favorite ps3 game to date (even surpassing mgs4)

God of war 3 - do this game need a reason ?

Tekken 6 - my favorite 3d fighting series (a long wait since Tekken 5)

King of fighters XII - KOF + HD , is there anything else to say? (the bad thing is that there are only 20 characters, where's shingo? yamazaki? kyo's father? takuma? K'?

Blazeblue - i always dreamed of Guilty gear on PS3, and now Arc system made my wish a realty with this game.

Team Ico game - dont have time to say why, it will take pages :)

FF XIII - dont think it will arrive this year

Bayonetta - Kamiya + devil may cru style = first day for me

I think Uncharted 2 is the only one... Well, I do have slight expectations for Dynasty Warriors 6: Empires, but considering KOEI's history, I wouldn't remain too hopeful.

whats LKS? never heard of it.

@ OP its really hard to decide but i would say

1- White Knight Chronicles

2- Demon's Soul (you can buy this game asian version online it has full english voice overs, alot of people who bought it said its better than it looks , and its hard as hell)

3- God of war

4- Heavy Rain

5- Fat Princess

Sorry to go off topic but I had to comment on Zkuq post. Dynasty Warrior has been the same formula these past sequels. Hack n slash away with the same characters if different and all Koei did with the PS3/Xbox 360 versions was add a beefed up graphics engine.
