after reading this, i have had enough, i sent a complaint to the Advertising Standards Agency and to Ofcom, i have aslo submitted a petition to the Government website to get them to remove there backing for the Advert, i will also take legal action if neccessary, no more will we the gamers of the UK be forced to sit back and watch as we are made scapegoats for bad health in society, the time has come to fight back, and we can win, once the petition is up on the Government website, i will post a link, please can as many of you as possible sign it to help.

The ASA will probably block the ads, but they're usually incredibly slow. The 360 ads, for example, were on the air for months before they did anything about them.
