Small wrist movements will work perfectly. Rest your arms on something, like your lap, while you aim. Your arms will not hurt. I don't even think about moving and stuff, I just do it. Nothing ever aches and it is not annoying or frustrating at all.

Dragon Ball Z Tenchaichi 2
Mario Kart Wii
Super Smash Bros Brawl
These are the Wii games that I own that are Classic compatible. I wished Onechanbara was, but it turned out to work pretty well with Wii Remote controls. In the beginning, I was afraid of being worn out, but that really hasn't been the case. The Wii really was well thought out.
Resident Evil 4 can also be played with a classic controller, so can Sonic Unleashed and even DDR Hottest Party.

You want to rest your wrist anyway, because it stabilizes your aim. ... Oh, and the split-controller design of wiimote + nunchuk is the most comfortable controller design ever for when you're feeling lazy. |
this. out of the roughly 10 wii games i have, only no more heroes and wario ware got me to move notice-ably, and mind you the former was more because i was far more into the game then it requiring it.
as far as im concerned - the wii allows for even lazier gameplay than a wireless 360 controller allows me - since i dont have to have my hands up holding the controller itself and can lay flat on my back while playing. so if lazyness is your concern then that wont be a problem until games start using wii motion plus.
um..stuff
It all really depends on the programmers, but as said before, some games do have multiple control options.
I like the fact that some games allow the use of GC controllers, specially for Mario Kart and SSBB. Those games (to me) arent really meant for motion control (IMHO)
I have seen some kids do really well with the Wii Wheel on Mario Kart, but I just cant get used to it, in hence why I dont do alot of the online challenges, cause most of them if not all, require Wii remote use only (least the ones I have payed attention to)
