I smoked cigarettes for about 3 years in my dumb adolescents. Still occasionally smoke socially or when my stress is high, but very rarely. Picked up weed again after a 6 year hiatus only the chronic, oh yah!!

I've smoked for year and a half and I still occasionaly pop a cigarette when I'm with people who smoke / drunk.

I wish I could quit completly, but it's really hard.
