Good for Sony. Good for SO4. Not so good for Nintendo (though they still kick ass in terms of hardware). Not so good for SF4.

nah, imho more like very mediocre for every party, maybe except MS since they suck less then usually in japan. But Japan is the first market that shows it is seriously slowed down by the economic crisis.
