Cut the price!

I know it's a superior service to MSN and AIM, but it's far more expensive, and needs a price cut. I think it has more features (although some disagree with me), but even though I can afford it and have money left over, I don't want to buy it at this price!

It seems most of the time when somebody talks in a chat room, my window doesn't scroll down to the most recently said line, so I have to constantly scroll down to stay up to date.

Other than that, it's working great.

I suppose. And the first 5 million users will buy the service without features, at any price.
