Either Ali Larter, Jessica Alba or Scarlett. I would like to see Ali get the part but she wouldn't sell the movie as well as the other two.

I want a new comer. I don't think any of these girls are adaquate for Samus' suit. Too mad Maria Sharapova doesn't do movies, a 6'1" Samus would be awesome. How tall is Samus anyways?

Ali Larter does look the part...I've only seen 2 episodes of Heroes and none of her other work though, so I can't say how good she'd do.

None of them really fit the bill, maybe Ali Larter. Jennifer Garner has a man face. Don't get me started on Uma Thurman. Alba and Johansson are too short. Jovovich and Knightley are what 90lbs? Samus shouldn't be an established star in my opinion and she should be over 5'9. Samus as far as the games go is around 6ft tall. A few years back, I could only think of Natasha Henstridge in the role.

Natasha looks the part, never really heard of her work though...
