There are a lot of these lists, and it is expected to disagree with a few entries in this kind of list.  After all, we all have our own tastes and opinions.

This list, however, was obviously made by people who don't play games.  They must have just been paid to make a list.  It just doesn't make any sense.

I don't understand how Sonic the Hedgehog 2 was more influential than the freakin original one, but alright. Don't get me wrong, it's an awesome game.

lego star wars?! oblivion?! re-release of a game(orange box)?! Resident Evil 4? FFXII?!!

Think about it. Hypothetically, lets say that Super Mario Kart influnced every racing game that came out after it. Therefore, Super Mario Bros, which influenced Super Mario Kart since it is based on the same cast, would have influenced every game that Super Mario Kart influenced. Therefore it would have been more influential.

FFXII being on this list isn't all that suprising since it pretty much diviates from the formula of previous games in the series. FFVII basically brought JRPGs to the mainstream.
