What? , ive been using this for a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time, hold on imma post a better site.

1. Go Here
2. Download the file driver
3. Unpack the whole file (preferably to your desktop)
4. Install the file driver (libusb-win32-filter-bin-0.1.10.1.exe).
5. Plug the SIXAXIS into your PC.
6. Run ps3sixaxis_en.exe once.
7. Push the PS button on the SIXAXIS once if it doesn't see it straight away.

Typically for most people, this will work. For me, it didn't and here is some helpful tips!

First, go into the control pannel, and open Game Controllers. Typically, the Sixaxis should be detected, but if you click on Properties,  you might try moving the analog stick(s) around and the little + sign doesn't move. WTH?!

Well, here's a simple fix.
1. Place the "ps3sixaxis_en" file into the Windows/System32 folder
2. Go to start and then click Run
3. Type in CMD and a prompt should pop up
4. in the Prompt, type "ps3sixaxis_en" and hit enter
5. (keep the Game Controllers menu open under properties) and push the PS button
***Might want to shut ps3 off to prevent it from starting up***
6. By now u should be able to see that you can move the + in any direction!

Cool, but I don't play any pc games with the exception of RTS.

This is what I've been using since it came out. Works with the Sixaxis, Dualshock 3, and PS2-USB adapters (at least the Pelican one I have). Only problem though is that if you connect more than one controller, they're read as the same input. If anybody has any suggestions in this regard, I'd be really happy.
