Nintendo hasn't abandon anyone. As usually, they have been on point with first party titles. The problem is that they didn't launch with the third party support like Microsoft and Sony did. The 360 and PS3 has major support about a year or two before they launched. Like it has been said over and over again, the wii's popularity took everyone by storm. So developers were caught unprepared thinking that this gen would go much the same as last gen with the PS3 the winner. The wii now is getting third party support , but only after more than a full year after it came out. Despite this and the announcements everyday about coming wii games, people are still crying. The Nintendo haters that is. But in no way shape or form can anyone say that Nintendo or the wii has abandoned gamers. It's all the quick cash in shovel ware that is the problem. But what do you think the 360 and PS3 software line up would look like if they only had first party games.

LOL!, the Wii COD engine is a WORLD apart from the HD COD engine!, less than half the resolution, slower framerate, half the textures and details, less features, half the features in multiplayer, awful wii mote controls (although some do like these controls for some reason), the list goes on so how on earth can you even try and compare the Wii COD engine to the HD COD engines, i've heard it all now lol,

And although no more heroes looks good for a Wii game it is also a WORLD apart from HD console games (even the worst hd games look and run better) so once again your argument fails,

 

This is the problem, the moment anyone tries to compare Wii graphics to PS360 they ARE going to lose, this is the same as trying to compare PS360 to PC graphics, they will lose as pc looks better (top rig and top games etc)

But I'm glad he didn't sell his Wii and became a Wii troll like others have.

 

 There are a few games announced that i'm definitely interested in such as little kings story, overlord (evil pikmin ftw) no more heroes despearate struggle and punch out, not to mention games like the conduit and cursed mountain that are looking quite appealing.

Like i said i've not given up hope, it's just been a rough couple of months to suit my tastes on the wii where as the hd consoles have done just that. I'll never troll against nintendo as in my eyes they're still my fave gaming company and the "nintendo lull" is something i'm used to after owning all their consoles and their 1st party titles like mario, metroid and zelda are pure class.

You take a random person off the street they will understand how to play CoD Wii or PC, why? Because they use intuitive controls, stuff that people don't have to "learn" instead the rely on the way the brain works already, we know how to point pretty well- it is hardwired. You give that same person a controller with 2 sticks and 10 buttons and you will watch the give up in frustration pretty quickly.
