K Ill try this game. But if its sucks...

Then you'll know yourself instead of blindly following the herd.

There is a difference between listening to peoples advice and blindly following the herd.

It's not advice if it's from people who decided it was bad before it even came out. That's what I mean by the blind part.

Most people bashed 50 Cent Bulletproof after it was clear it was buggy and unplayable.

lol...a freind from work told me that the 50 cent game is actually pretty good too...

*shrugs* Shows not everyone has the same taste.

Seems like tis scoring better than dead rising wii.

il give it a rent

Thanks for your impressions. I am still interested in the game, I'm just not sure it's worth paying $50 (Cdn) for it. I do think it'll be a lot of fun even if the quality is not quite where it could be.

Especially when another game on a similar nature with much higher quality is right around the corner (MadWorld).

When a game that objectively has technical issues scores higher than a game that barely has any (until I hear otherwise), you know something is wrong.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

Glad to hear you're enjoying the game, OP!

I guess we all learned a valuable lesson about not judging a book by its cover (or in this case, a game by its zombie-count).

Personally, I'm just not that into this game-- for totally subjective reasons of taste.

But I don't really get why anyone would hate the fact that Chop 'Til You Drop exists. Maybe it could have been better, maybe not. Who cares? Why can't we all just band together and hate blatantly cheap shovelware titles like Chicken Shoot instead?

Not every game is going to be world-changing Triple-A quality, but most games are fun if you give them a chance.

And you know what else I hate? Romance Novels.

You're talking about 50 Cent Bulletproof and disolitude is talking about the new released 50 Cent Blood on the Sand......

The new 50 Cent game really isn't bad and it runs very smooth. No technical issues.

"Why can't we all just band together and hate blatantly cheap shovelware titles like Chicken Shoot instead?"

Because they probably think Chicken Shoot took more time and money to make.

Oops. Should have seen that. I had a hunch once the game was announced to use the UE3 engine, it would be at least playable.

Dead Rising: CTYD is fun. It is lacking, for every good feature Capcom added there was something they took away. I won't give to much away but here you go:

1) Missions are handle differently. Otis will give you a mission before you leave the safety of the security room. - Good, better then running around the mall and having Otis calling you.

2) When rescuing survivors whom ever is in your group gets there picture (thumbnail) added to the screen - Great feature, this would have been extremely helpful on the 360 version.

3) Zombie are extremely more aggressive. There may be less on screen but if you want to avoid a fight don't get two close. - good and bad. The extra difficulty makes you forget about the less zombies on screen. The bad part is you miss the fun of making your own path like in the 360 version.

4) Capcom what the heck is it with two buttons to pick up items and open doors? Bad especially when you're near a door and have zombies attacking.

D+ rating from me. The graphics leave allot to be desired. I know the Wii can push better graphics then this.

Now Playing: Crysis 2

Last Finished: BulletStorm

Online IDs: PSN: computermaximus, XBL: computermaximus

"I know the Wii can push better graphics then this."

But that pretends that is the norm on the Wii, not the exception. And it's a third year game on the system, done by a team that just did a direct port before.

We won't get games pushing the Wii until a couple of years from now, same as any system in that relative time.
