depends, personally I love the series, but I have always loved point and click games, so I'm partial to the style, i know a lot of folks that found the game boring, so you're not alone....

well...I do know there's a turnabout NOT trial coming

usually the series is called turnabout trails in jp (Gyakuten Saiban)

but this one will be Miles's story

By villain do you mean prosecutor or person who is guilty?

If prosecutor, it would probably be the guy who thinks hes a veteran prosecutor and when you prove him wrong his hair starts flying back , the prosecutor from Mia's first and second case.

If by the person who is guilty , it would be the guy from the last case of justice for all.

 

 

Matt Engarde was a pretty Awesome Villian. For Prosecutor?? Miles is my Favorite, but ManFred von Karma was a TRUE beast in the first game! I haven't played the Third game enough, but Mr. Gobot also seems be quite cool. I'll need to see more though.

The J mans prosecutor choice wasnt who was the best villain but who was the villain he enjoyed the most and the choice was who did he like pwning.

The next game in the series is Gyakuten Kenji (lit. Turnabout Prosecutor)

It's a spin-off game staring Miles Edgeworth that takes place around the time period of Trials and Tribulations, likely shortly after. There are no courtroom sequences in the game and Phoenix Wright isn't set to appear in any form other than perhaps a cameo.

Confirmed returning characters so far include Miles Edgeworth, Dick Gumshoe, Franziska von Karama, Maggey Byrde, Wendy Oldbag, Lotta Hart, Ema Skye, Will Powers, Cody Hackins, Mike Meekins, and the Bellboy. Sal Manilla also has a cameo.

The game will be released in Japan on May 28th. There is no North American release announced, but most informed fans speculate some time around March 2010.

There is no info on Gyakuten Saiban 5 other than that there will be one.

So yeah J man, unless you learn Japanese you aren't going to be playing (and understanding) another Ace Attorney game for a LONG time.

Phoenix Wright is the DS!!!. This and Ouendan are what made the DS my most played console ever. No one should pass this up. Just give the first game a chance and get to the 2nd and 3rd cases. If after that you're not convinced I'll pay you back your money :)
