damn, not really amazing numbers. I hope Madworld get's on top of that list. And overlord too

LoL, this is what I mean actually..What third party Wii exclusive is really a AAA effort on that list? I guess Wii can't sell those kind of games if they don't make it to the system.

Bet between Slimbeast and Arius Dion about Wii sales 2009:

If the Wii sells less than 20 million in 2009 (as defined by VGC sales between week ending 3d Jan 2009 to week ending 4th Jan 2010) Slimebeast wins and get to control Arius Dion's sig for 1 month.

If the Wii sells more than 20 million in 2009 (as defined above) Arius Dion wins and gets to control Slimebeast's sig for 1 month.

^ Well no more heroes is a pretty solid game, and a very good one.

Residente Evil Umbrella Chronicles was good too, and red steel.... it could have been a good game. PRobably the second one will be that game that ubisoft promised on E3 2006

No doubt, I definitely liked NMH, UC..not so much. But would you call those games AAA must haves to go along with the purchase of The Wii?

Like Galaxy, Brawl, Prime, those games are reason enough to own the system. I am not tryna trash the games you listed or the ones the op listed, but I don't believe they are must haves.

OH no xD heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeell no!!!! hahaha
those are good games, NMH being better, but not a must have. I don't believe there are a lot of must haves (Galaxy, Brawl...Halo....Gears....MGS4....Prime....GTA4 unfortunately)

Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games:  97,734  (americas)

PC + Wii owners unite.  Our last-gen dying platforms have access to nearly every 90+ rated game this gen.  Building a PC that visually outperforms PS360 is cheap and easy.    Oct 7th 2010 predictions (made Dec 17th '08)
PC: 10^9
Wii: 10^8

Maynard, yeah, that was my point actually..probably didn't word it well enough though..but your response definitely made me chuckle. lol

Frybread: what that shows me is how leggy Wii games tend to be they don't rely on HUGE opening weeks, rather steady word of mouth sales.

forgot about mario and sonic added that.

Wii owners (excluding people like the ones found on forums) do not pay attention to what's coming out. They just wonder in and browse the shelves. So it all depends on marketing. Sega has given itself an advantage here by focusing on one specific group - 30+ males - which it can focus marketing at - like on Spike TV. This will help give HoTD, MadWorld and The Conduit larger than normal 1st week Wii sales but still, nothing to compare to what the HD systems see.

Hazzarding a guess I'd say:
HoTD:Overkill about 90-100k
MadWorld 40-60k
Conduit 60-80k
