With new sequels to two of the 360's earliest AAA titles Capcom's Dead Rising and Lost Planet having been announced in the last few days, I am wondering which one of the original games in these two series was the best. Which one did you prefer?

Dead Rising is the game I preferred. I am highly anticipating the sequel.

dead rising no contest. i always felt lost planet to be too generic

I highly anticipated both when the 360 was first shown off, but Lost Planet let me down enormously.

i did not like deadrising that much so i have to say lost planet

Both are awesome but lost planet is better. I am really starting to hate sandbox games...

Dead Rising, by far. Even if they were similar in quality (which they aren't), Dead Rising is more creative.

amen i really dislike sanbox games i prefer levels that u can pllay again at any time adds replayability

both games were good but Dead rising was the better game of the two IMO
