Ahem, it was also released in Ireland...
We're a country too you know. We got independence nearly a century ago! *grumbles*
A game I'm developing with some friends:

It is largely a technical exercise but feedback is appreciated.
The game will have serious legs. HotD is the most popular light gun series that was overdue for another entry in the series.
20k In UK/Ireland alone? Awesome. Can't wait to see how it sold in NA.
@arsenal009 - I kinda agree, $50 for a on-rails shooter seems high to me. Of course I think a repainted/retooled port of 20 year old SFII (now SFIV) is also total price gouging at $60. Ultimately price is whatever the market will support. I'm sure both will sell very well.
oh i thought it was all of Europe, pretty good for the UK alone, i would definetively get it if i had a Wii, seems like the UK is a pretty big market
I was expecting 20K first week, though since it's in the UK only, it's entirely possible that combined with the other regions it will be a bit bigger.

I expect great legs for this one. So it seems a fine opening considering the small amount of markets it was released in.
