Fumito Ueda confirmed for GDC, ICO fans crap knickers

Here we go. Team ICO legend Fumito Ueda has been confirmed as a GDC speaker.

The news is likely to cause many, many people to go fucking nuts, quite frankly.

Ueda’s involved in a panel titled, “Evolving Game Design: Today and Tomorrow, East and West Game Design”. Grasshopper’s SUDA51 joins him.

With Ueda in town there’ll only be one assumption: that Sony’s readying to show the next Team ICO game.

Dig yourself a bunker for Monday. Ueda’s hot hot hot. Thanks, No_PUDding and Johnny Cullen.

I really hope it's not Shadow of The Colossus 2. The magic of Team ICO games is that they are unique. SoTC 2 wouldn't be unique. It should be set in the same universe, but have very different gameplay.

Yeah I'd appreciate that, too. I just want a game that has the sheer scale Shadow of the Colossus had. You know what I'm talking about, don't you?
