Actually, no. MGS4 is my personal favourite, but for somebody on the outside looking in, Killzone 2 is easily the most accessible. It has action, few cutscenes, and doesn't appear "casual" in any way.

Shame, because all three of those games are brilliant. I think MGS4>Killzone 2>LBP, though.

After I've played the KZ 2 demo I'm deflated. Excellent animations and I have also no problems with the "slow" aiming. The pistol is sensless and the difference between the allied and the helghast standardgun is minimal. The AI is good, but not that great as I expected after all I've read. The grafic is very good, but also not that good I've expected.
I agree with the statement that all the hype is/ was not so good for the game.

Of course the Helghast and ISA standard guns are similar. They're standard guns. Assault rifles. You were expecting one of them to shoot kittens, perhaps?

Go back through the demo, listen to a Helghast insult your mother, or swear when a grenade comes towards him, or roll out of incoming fire, and tell me the AI is just good.

Basically, you can't judge it based on one playthrough.

Not really, no. People often mistake a "casual gamer" for "somebody who plays casual games". LittleBigPlanet is not casual. But a casual gamer would think it is casual, and thus not like it, because the majority of casual gamers consider themselves too hardcore for such a game.

Basically, Killzone 2 would appeal more to casual gamers than LBP.

That's very high praise indeed. I'll probably enjoy KZ2 more than MGS4 to be honest.
