Been announced for $299AU in Australia - pretty expensive, was hoping for $249 or $269. Guess this gives them room to move for price cuts later (and our $ is pretty weak at the moment!).
It was a certain purchase for me, now its a "maybe". I'll see when I get one in my hands to try it out...

I mean seriously whats the difference between the DS Lite and the DSi?
They took away the GBA slot in place of a SD slot for expansion and they added 2 cameras and a sort of wider screens for the both. I mean other than that will the DSi games be sold in stores or only on the DS store thingy?
For me, it all depends on 1 game. Golden Sun 3, if and when it is announced for a particular system ll will buy accordingly. I already own a DSlite and hoping "upgrading" isnt nessacerry. So count that as a no i suppose.

No. It just seams like Nintendo is trying to be like Sony with the PSP and Apple with the iphone those do it all devices I already have. also the reduced battery and the price really tops it for me.
