Wario or Rosalina in the Offroader (the heavyweight kart with lightweight attributes), or Daisy in that lightweight kart that looks vaguely like a Model-T. I've always preferred the lightweight system of good acceleration and low speed, but i like to have it balanced with actual heavy weight so i can't be pushed around, a trend which started in Mario Kart Double Dash

Daisy + Mach Bike

Peach + Dolphin Dasher was my favorite combo for a while, but Daisy + Mach Bike is just unbeatable. Just try and beat me, you will fail!
