Gannon in OoT time was pretty sweet. Same with Gannondorf 1 on 1 at the end of TP

Twilit Dragon Argorok - fighting that boss actually felt like... well a fight. Half the time you beat a boss and forget about it, but Argorok has to be one of the most memorable.

Gohma was also pretty good, gotta love swinging from the dragons tail. And other than that I think stabbing Ganon in the head at the end of Wind Waker was fairly surprising... although that's the conclusion rather than the boss itself.

Smeags said: Each Ganon(dorf) fight from Ocarina of Time, Wind Waker, and Twilight Princess were definitely awesome. Kudos to the big guy for never letting me down. From OoT, Phantom Ganon and Bongo Bongo were great bosses. I mean, seeing Phantom Ganon come right out of a picture frame blew me away. And as for Bongo Bongo, fighting a giant specter on a giant bongo was pure sweetness. Oh N64 era graphics, how you spoiled me so. In Wind Waker, Mogera and Gohma were great bosses, if only because of their sheer size and ability to intimidate. In Twilight Princess, Stallord, Argorok, and Zant were all really memorable bosses. Stallord because of the great use of the Spinner, Argorok because of the great use of the Double Clawshot, and Zant because he's just plain awesome.

I'd like to add to that though, the 3 witches in the temple in which you get the mirror shield (final boss in it) in OoT (a lot of "in"s in that sentence)... Spirit Temple?

Additionally, Dark Link in OoT was fantastic... He killed me (or rather, whoever was playing) tons of times.

One more though, that was great because I'm an idiot, rather than it being great, is the boss from the Fire Temple in TP.

You're supposed to shoot his eyes, equip the metal shoes, and grab the chains. Well... I didn't think of the metal shoes..

So instead, I have to shoot his eyes (a total of over 50 times), dodge his attacks, run away, and shoot him again. Fantastically fun really (to explain how it was, it seemes a lot like the major bosses in Okami)

I would say Ganon But the Twinrovas were so awesome with the shield and all the magick that was wicked

They are all pretty much wash rinse repeat but my favorite would have to be shadow Link.

Shadow link, any of the Ganon fights. The other WW battles were far too easy, though music and boss design were good. TP had meh bosses, but Gohma, King Dodongo, Shadow Ganon.... great bosses.

Ganondorf in OoT. There was just so many different things that you had to do in that battle.
