I don't know. I'm not one for boycotts, so if Activision puts out anything sweet, I'm certainly amenable to buying it. But the company and its attitude are becoming increasingly execrable, IMO.

 

call of duty 6, is the only one that i have on my mind that comes from activision.

I was thinking Marvel Ultimate Alliance II, but to each his own.

My guess is that Activision wants something from EA -- something green. I wonder though whether or not they have any legal ground.

I honor the history of Activision -- when they first published games for my Intellivision, they invented the concept of multiplatform games. But I do not respect its present.'s answer to the Wii has been to release games that would have been semi-OK launch titles a full 2-1/2 years into the system (I am referring to Pirates Bounty, Big League Sports, Block Party, etc.) and a few multi-platforms releases.

I don't like Activision's actions at all lately. I am really looking forward to this game. I can't really analyses tis situation right now because I am so wasted its unbelievables. I can hardly type.

Activision the New (old) EA?

Lately EA hasnt been the money hungry A-holes they were a few years ago.

they took chances on new IPs and fresh ideas.

Activison disgusts me.All they are interested in are crappy cash-ins for GH.
And exploiting the popularity of COD every year.

I hope EA bitch slaps them.

Brütal Legend was the only game Activision dropped that I actually cared about. WTF is wrong them, they should get sued for dropping a game by Tim fucking Schafer.

I reeeeally don't care about that Ghostbuster though, let's hope the game bombs! ;D

So in short, Actvision and Ghostbuster game suck.

Those are real words of wisdom... Our money probably would be better spent if we spent it on creative games, rather than rehashes (and this is coming from the guy who has a copy of Street Fighter IV prepaid in full, though I admit no fighting game fan in their right mind could ever get enough Street Fighter, after the second one of course)...
