My guess is that Activision wants something from EA -- something green. I wonder though whether or not they have any legal ground.
I honor the history of Activision -- when they first published games for my Intellivision, they invented the concept of multiplatform games. But I do not respect its present.'s answer to the Wii has been to release games that would have been semi-OK launch titles a full 2-1/2 years into the system (I am referring to Pirates Bounty, Big League Sports, Block Party, etc.) and a few multi-platforms releases.
