Forums - Gaming - Will The PS3/360 Combo Become The Best Ever?

I love using ps3 as a grill, and xbox 360 as a heater. The only thing wii is useful for is playing games. I definetly agree with you.

lol not even close. PC alone is better than both PS360 combined imo.

Best combo is PC/Wii

Both systems offer great games that you cannot get on the wii.

ps3 has blue ray, and 360 has the best online, together there the perfect couple...

I'd think the SNES/Genesis combo was better.  As was the N64/PS combo.   Even any combination of last generation (PS2/GC - GC/Xbox - Xbox/PS2) is still better than PS3/X360.

PS3/X360 is one of the worst combos of mainstream consoles now that I look back on it.

The rEVOLution is not being televised

PS3+360 gives you access to (roughly) 55% of game releases
PS3+Wii gives you access to (roughly) 95% of game releases
Wii+360 gives you access to (roughly) 95% of game releases

Nah, best combo is PC/360. Second-best would be PC/PS3. PC/Wii is probably third-best though, slightly ahead of 360/PS3.

This thread looks to be about the best combination of two consoles, though. In that case, 360/PS3 is the best.

I actually have to agree! At first I thought maybe SNES/Genesis but then when you think about it PS360 is amazing!

My tops would be

1. PS3 and Xbox 360
2. SNES and Genesis
3. PS1 and N64
4. PS2 and GC/XB/DC
5. Virtual Boy and 3DO (sarcasm)

Multi-Platform owner here, and I say the best combo is Wii and 360, followed by PS3 and Wii, PS3 and 360 are similar.

I think PC and wii can be the best combo as well. Since PC actually does get a lot of 360 games.

Nah, I need my PC first and foremost. I will get said combo though, can't wait!

Perhaps if they were more distinct from each other, aside from their respective excellent first party lineups

Definitely not the best ever, not by a long shot

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Well i do have a PC/Wii/DS and it suits my needs (mainly RPG's), I need a PC to play games such as Mass Effect, Fallout 3 and Fable II in the future. Wii is my primary console and DS takes most time while in Uni.

I dont even have time play all games i have and want, so im not getting an HD console this gen.
