If you think you can handle the absurd difficulty of Prinny: Can I Really Be the Hero?, you'll have fun with it. The charming sprites and modest 3D backgrounds work well with the PSP and the music and voice acting is commendable. Especially when you consider the amount of unlockables in the game, this platformer is definitely worth it. Prinny, we love you, just don't explode!

8.5	Presentation Initially ships with the soundtrack, which is a nice addition. Everything is clean and well-explained, with a light-hearted, entertaining story to guide the platforming along.
7.5	Graphics Adorable sprites easily outshine the 3D backdrops, but what's there looks good.
8.0	Sound Charming music meshes beautifully with great voice acting. All the Prinnies are too cute.
8.0	Gameplay Intentionally brutal and unforgiving, you'll need the 1,000 lives you start with. If you can fight through the challenge, your commitment will be rewarded.
8.5	Lasting Appeal An abundance of unlockables, including a robust encyclopedia of monsters. Stages can be replayed in varying order for a different experience, and players can save/trade replay videos via Ad Hoc.
8.3 Impressive	OVERALL (out of 10 / not an average)

Sweet, but I really can't stand brutally hard games, especially on handhelds.

I somewhat enjoyed Castlevania, so I think I'll be able to take it.

I'm interested in the game, but would never pay the $55 cdn msrp (pre tax price) that it is currently listed at. Its so ridiculosly high that I am assuming its a mistake or a place holder value seeing as the game hasn't released yet.
