No, i dont want people not to care, and im not confusing anything. What i dont want to see is this:

1,000 threads about how awesome god of war will be, and how much it will sell. How it will be better than any other game and how is gonna put sony in the #1 spot.

NO, this generation sony fans are the wants that over hype things (Lair, Heavenly S., MGS4, LBP, WKC, KZ2.....among others).

Yes show this game all the love that you want, but please... don't turn it into a LBP or KZ2....or for that matter into a Liar. God of War III deserves better than that.

I'm with you on Lair and Heavenly Sword. Also Haze, you forgot that one. But MGS4, LBP and KZ2? The hype helped them! It convinced people who hated them (me with KZ2 and LBP) that they were awesome games!

God of War III so deserves that. But I love it already.

God of War is going to medicore, and it will have God of War 2 hd graphics, and let's not forget it's on ps3, so it's gonna be an automatic flop. I was glad to help. I will be anti-hyping ps3 games from now on. Just to make people who hate hype, happy.

I'm not saying those were the only games (among others) and i didn't say they were bad games (that's another story) but it shows which are the ones over hyping things. AS i said it before, yes, show love... but don't over hype. There is a big difference.

That is the very definition of bragging. So saying look my games gonna sell this much it's so awesome and better then all your games isn't bragging? Since when? See, I told you that you were confused. I have no control over people bragging but by definition that is not hyping. It may be yours, but that doesn't make it so.

Also, games like MGS4, LBP and KZ2 have all met the hype. They all sell well and even more importantly have been increadibly recieved by critics. How were they over-hyped? Because you like to hold on to a few fanboy's remarks and hold them against all the rest of the playstation world? They were hyped but so were games like Gears of War 1 and 2, Too Human, Halo 3, Mass Effect etc. At least I don't see as many PS3 fans pointing fingers the other way and saying "you over-hype things but we don't". Both sides are guilty so why do we only hear 360 fans bitching. I'd rather hear you hyping your own games then bitching about ours so frequently. At least hyping is of a positive nature when not done by fanboys. All the 360 fans do is bitch which is very negative. Either way, how do two wrongs make a right?

As someone who enjoys all consoles, and is considered to be more of a nintendo fan, and of course who loves god of war (god of war II, the only game i kept from my ps2)... i believe GoW III doesn't need the over hype some games have received. That's all

What's wrong with hype, being excited for a game is a crime or something? Yes, hype can make your expectations, way too high and can make your brain expode if it doesn't reach your expectation, but you can't tell people to stop hyping, because they gonna hype even more.

 Act your damn age and learn to read. I never once called you an xbox360 fanboy. I said you need to stop pointing a finger at ps3 fans and point them at 360 fans too. If you take that personal well then the shoe just may fit. Again, I never reffered to LBP, MGS4, K2 or any other game as selling trillions and never in my post history will you ever find anything of the sort. Like I said, you obviously like to hang onto the comments of stupid PS3 Fanboys more then intelligent people when making your weakly based arguments which again is proven right with your idiotic comment. When I reffered to K2 as a success I was reffering to the critical acclaim it's recieved by reviewers. But instead of crying "it's not even out yet! How is it going to sell the trillions you claim" why don't you take yourself over to Metacritic, Gamerankings or whatever site floats your boat and look at all of the increadilby positive reviews. Who cares if it sells 5 copies or 5 million! How does that make a good game? I too own all three consoles and both handheld cosoles but unlike you I don't point fingers at one side. I could care less if your straight, gay, a 360 fan or anything else. That is your own business and I never claimed you were any of those things.
