Wii Draw. Pictionary with online multiplayer and voice commands for guessing with the usage of WiiSpeak. Why hasn't this game been made already? I used to have so much fun with the yahoo version that I might buy a Wii for this game alone.

Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.
i would make a pso game that spanned across version 1-4 with updated visuals and controls and then added a ridiculous amount of content as far as weapons, armors, upgrades. Ban for life anyone who cheated and make sure there are updates of new levels and quests every month with a once a year charge of like 10 bucks instead of a every month fee. also add a vs. 5 for an all new experience. Also, make more customized characters and classes and at a click of a button block someone from never interacting with you again, because you can't hack their profanity.
Metal Gear Solid 1, 2, and 3 remade with a 3D (Subsistence) camera. Toss in the "Snake Tales", VR Missions, Document of MGS2, and 8-bit MGS's too.

I would make a music game! To use the motionsensors of the Wii controllers, and you should be able like make music! Like playing on air instruments, except with sound!
It should be called... uhm... Wee Rock! That's a good name! 
Aaahhh, seriously though, I think I would make a classic fighting game, like Tekken. I wonder why that sort of thing hasn't actually been done yet, the Wii controls seem like a good choice for some fighting
